Jeremy Burrows is the Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of Capacity, an AI-powered support automation platform based in St. Louis, Missouri. Since joining the company in January 2017, he has played a key role in managing executive operations and driving business initiatives.

In addition to his role at Capacity, Jeremy is the author of The Leader Assistant (#1 Amazon Bestseller), host of The Leader Assistant Podcast, and founder of The Leader Assistant Community at leaderassistant.com/community.

As a speaker and coach, Jeremy has trained assistants across the globe—including in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Germany. He also founded Leader Assistant Live, which hosts events for administrative professionals, including the largest on-site executive assistant conference in the U.S. in 2020.
