After a 28-year career in the U.S. Foreign Service—serving in multiple countries and leadership roles—he transitioned into professional coaching and leadership development. Drawing from his background in diplomacy, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership, he co-founded HonuLei to help professionals develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity in their personal and professional lives.
