Joanna leads Community Engagement at Ubuntu Education, driving community growth, nurture, and partnerships for impact across the Ubuntu Hub network. An equalitarian leader and evolving social entrepreneur, she has spent over two decades immersed in teaching and educational leadership, a decade in Malawi and a decade across schools and NGOs in the UK. Joanna is committed to building inclusive spaces where educators feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable enough to speak their truth, believing the betterment of educational communities starts with amplifying TeacherVoice on the ground, every day. She champions Ubuntu Hub's mission to strengthen education quality and build fairer, more equitable education systems across the continent.
