Joanna Parsons is the founder of The Curious Route and creator of The Curious Tribe, a membership community for internal communication professionals. She spent over a decade leading internal communication teams and functions in large organisations — including being the first Head of Internal Communications in the 100-year history of the national police force in Ireland.

Joanna has been recognised internationally for her work, having won multiple awards for communication excellence. Through The Curious Tribe she combines her consultancy, training, and publishing experience to help internal communicators grow from tactical content creators into strategic advisors with influence and impact.
