Joanne Kaminski is a certified reading specialist, former classroom teacher and online tutoring business coach who founded Bright Idea Reading Tutoring after years of first-hand experience in literacy instruction. With a Master’s degree in reading and over fifteen years in one-on-one online tutoring, she now trains and mentors tutors to scale their businesses and free themselves from traditional classroom constraints.

Her mission is to empower online tutors and instructors to build profitable, purpose-driven businesses by leveraging strategic systems, peer support and a community-based model. Through her program she helps tutors transition from feast-or-famine to steady bookings, better pricing and meaningful work.
