I’m Julia Korn, an executive career coach, TEDx speaker, Forbes contributor and founder of the Women’s Leadership Accelerator. After spending years climbing the corporate ladder and realizing I’d been operating on autopilot, I made it my mission to help high-achieving professionals stop asking “what should I do?” and start owning “how I want to lead.” My coaching style blends empathetic challenge with sharp business acumen: I help clients uncover the “why” behind their next move, build influence with authenticity and step into leadership on their own terms.

In founding the Women’s Leadership Accelerator I created a space where ambitious women across industries can develop the clarity, confidence and community they need to lead with energy and intention. My work is grounded in helping people move from “just getting by” to “leading on purpose”, into roles where they feel seen, respected and impactful.
