I'm Justin Brown, co-founder of Primal Video (and one half of the 'Brown Brothers,' as we've been nicknamed).

I worked in film for over 20 years, producing everything from Netflix-featured documentaries to extreme sports projects and music videos. I loved the work, but the more projects I took on, the more I noticed the same problem: when I wasn't available to shoot or edit, my clients stopped putting out videos. Their results stopped too.

That's when it clicked. If I could teach people to be their own video teams, they could create content without depending on someone like me.

That was back in 2014, and it's still the core of what Primal Video does today. My brother Mike joined the business along the way, bringing a systems and operations brain to balance out my production background, and together we've grown a community of over 1 million YouTube subscribers and helped thousands of creators and entrepreneurs use video as a real business tool.
