Kaitlin Klimmer is a Canadian mom of three living in Austria. After experiencing the exhaustion of early parenting herself, she became determined to find an approach to sleep that did not require leaving her baby to cry it out.

She holds a degree in developmental psychology, is a twice-certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Specialist, and is a qualified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator with additional training in baby-led sleep, breastfeeding education, and forest school education. She has since helped thousands of families build sustainable sleep habits while staying true to their attachment-focused values.
