Kara Monroe is a higher education consultant, creative problem solving facilitator, and founder of Monarch Strategies LLC, based in Indiana. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Capella University and spent 25+ years at Ivy Tech Community College, most recently as Provost and Senior Vice President.
