Karen Grosz is a certified professional coach, author of seven books, and TEDx speaker recognized as Montana's 2024 SBA Small Business Champion. She built her career helping teams solve problems creatively as the founder of Canvas Creek Team Building, a studio known for its inventive approach to collaboration and communication.

After navigating her own uncertainty around retirement and career transitions, Karen created Nexters to give people over 55 a place to figure out their next chapter. She works alongside her husband Paul and their chocolate lab, Katmai, to keep the space personal and grounded.
