I am passionately unretired and have dedicated my career to changing the story for women at work and in life.

For more than 30 years, I held senior leadership roles in major UK organisations, including Royal Mail and Asda, before co-founding Women of Our Time. That experience was not just professional, it was personal. I saw firsthand the realities women face: systemic inequality, the invisible load, confidence knocks, and workplaces that still ask too much. Having run my own business for 15 years, I also understand the challenges female founders face.

I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist (AFBPsS), author, and recognised authority on mental toughness and women’s development. We built The WomeniversTM because the right information, community, and support at the right moment can change everything.

Founded with my twin sister Lesley and my niece Ellie, this community is the one we wished had existed for all women.
