Kamilah Martin is a seasoned nonprofit executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading organizations through change and championing equity. As the Founder and CEO of Katalyst Consulting Group, she specializes in interim leadership, organizational healing, and building thriving remote-first teams.
In 2020, Kamilah launched Katalyst to support Black women and women of color transitioning from traditional nonprofit roles to independent consulting. The award-winning Katalyst Nonprofit Consultant Mastermind Community offers mentorship, resources, and a global network to help members grow sustainable, purpose-driven businesses.
Featured in Forbes, NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center, Candid., and Oprah Daily, Kamilah has also held leadership roles with organizations like the Jane Goodall Institute and has advised nonprofits and philanthropic organizations across humanitarian, conservation, and education sectors.
