With over 25 years of experience in genetic genealogy, she began her career at the Sorenson Molecular Genealogy Foundation—the organization that created the DNA database that became AncestryDNA—and went on to teach, write, and consult internationally.

She has authored Your DNA Guide – The Book, developed the signature SPIN educational process, and teaches audiences around the world through courses, workshops, and speaking engagements.
