Kelly Kehn has spent more than two decades in gaming and tech, building a reputation as a connector who brings people and ideas together across the industry. She co-founded the All-In Diversity Project in 2017 and has held ecosystem roles at happyhour.io and SBC, in addition to board positions including FUNNZ.

In 2025, Kelly joined fellow industry veterans Paris Smith and Sue Schneider to co-found Defy the Odds, a startup launchpad focused on opening iGaming entrepreneurship to underrepresented founders. She continues to champion mentorship, capital access, and community as the levers that make gaming's next generation of founders successful.
