I’m Kim Lenar-Ehrhardt, former Executive Producer and media entrepreneur who led programming for one of Germany’s top television networks before moving to the Hamptons to share compelling stories. In May 2023, I launched Hamptons BossMoms with 17 friends to create a space for candid conversation and collaboration, a spark that quickly grew into a vibrant women’s community blending strategy and soul. When some members felt excluded by our original name, I rebranded us as The Hyve Hamptons, a nod to connection, collective energy, and each woman’s unique “Why.”

My mission is to empower women to grow personally and professionally through authentic connection and inclusive events. I blend media know-how, wellness practices, and strategic guidance in every experience from our monthly breakfast meetups to seasonal workshops and evening mixers to foster honesty, collaboration, and feminine leadership for lasting impact.
