Christopher “Kit” Lisle is the founder of The Operators, a community dedicated to supporting private-equity-backed executives and professionals in the middle-market M&A ecosystem. Before launching the community, Lisle built and led Acclaro Growth Partners as its Chairman, a strategy consulting firm focused on decision support for growing companies.

Drawing on his deep experience in strategic growth, M&A services, and leadership development — including his time heading M&A services at Markowitz & McNaughton and his service as a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer — Lisle created The Operators to provide continuous peer-driven development, networking, sharing of best practices, and collaboration among senior executives operating within PE-backed businesses.
