Dr. Kyle David is a practicing AI governance professional and educator working at the intersection of policy, risk, and emerging technology. He has built AI governance programs within the U.S. Department of Energy and currently serves as a Fellow at the National Privacy Council and Associate Director of Audit and Risk at ISACA’s largest U.S. chapter. He holds five IAPP credentials, including AIGP, along with CISSP, AAISM, and an MIT AI & Machine Learning Certificate.

A four-time bestselling course creator, Dr. David built the Collective to help close the gap between published AI governance guidance and what practitioners actually need to implement it. His goal is to create a space where professionals can share practical approaches, learn from one another, and figure out what effective AI governance looks like in the real world.
