Captain Kyle Koukol is an airline pilot with over 6,000 flight hours who founded Dial A Pilot in 2023 after recognizing a lack of reliable, pilot-led support for nervous fliers. He believes fear of flying is not a condition to be treated but a knowledge gap to be filled, and built Dial A Pilot to connect anxious travelers directly with real airline pilots.

Kyle also hosts the From The Flight Deck podcast, answering nervous flier questions about turbulence and aviation. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, airshows, and spending time with his wife Madison and their golden retriever Winnie.
