Before I started teaching, I spent decades creating illustration work for major brands, which gave me a deep, real-world understanding of the creative process.

Now I help artists and designers feel more confident using Adobe Illustrator—breaking it down in a way that’s clear, practical, and encouraging. I created Laura Coyle Courses as a supportive learning community where members can take self-paced courses, join live Q&As, and connect with fellow creatives.

As an Adobe Community Expert and frequent speaker at CreativePro Week and Adobe MAX, I stay on top of Illustrator’s latest features and bring that insight back to the community. I also teach for The Textile Design Lab and Astute Graphics, and I’m always looking for ways to help Illustrator feel more approachable and enjoyable for all kinds of creative work.
