Lee-Anne Campbell founded DragonsFly Collective after her own season of change left her searching for connection with other women navigating shifting values, emotions, and creative identity. She built the community as the space she wished she'd had: one where members could reconnect with their passions safely, without pressure to be an expert or get it right.

She personally welcomes every new member within 24 hours of joining, leads daily creative journal prompts, and hosts monthly Creative Night Outs and spontaneous Playful Pop-Ups. Founding Members work directly alongside her to help shape where the community goes next.
