Italy, family, and food — this is my job.

In 2016, I became an entrepreneur on a mission: to bring people together like family by cooking, eating, drinking, and celebrating the genuine Italian lifestyle.

As a local Italian living in Rome, it broke my heart to see travelers leave my beautiful boot-shaped country without truly experiencing what Italy is really about.

So I decided to do something about it.

Through in-person experiences across Italy — cooking classes, wine and olive oil tastings, food tours — as well as a YouTube channel, social media, and academic teaching, I started sharing what it really means to live Italian.

I have also created an online Community of Italy lovers ... a space filled with courses, chats, and dedicated rooms where people from all over the world can connect, learn, and celebrate their love for Italy and everything Italian.

I am Valeria. I’m Italian. I live in Italy. And I’ve turned doing what I love into my full-time job.
