Lydie Smets is the co-founder of bumbleb.tech, where she challenges the status quo of high-tech product innovation. She holds a PhD in collaborative product innovation management and brings over a decade of hands-on experience across sectors such as semiconductors, 3D-printing, photonics and agritech.

Her mission is to empower innovation teams to anticipate and design rather than merely respond to technological challenges. She supports start- and scale-ups in creating clear product roadmaps, embedding practical risk management and designing for manufacturability from day one.
