Maestros da IA is run by Maestria Academy, a company founded in August 2025 that teaches professionals and companies to put AI to work. It does this through a YouTube channel and a paid community, and it is a sister company of Lyra Academy, which was founded in Sao Paulo in 2024 and started by teaching music online.

The company is led by co-founders Lyria Zoccal, CEO of Maestria and Lyra Academy, and Arthur Endo, COO and a pioneer in AI applied to business. The team also runs its own operations with Claude-based agents, using the same tools it teaches.
