Margaret "Maggie" Timberlake is President and Co-Founder of The American Small Business Coalition (The ASBC), where she partners with her husband Guy Timberlake to build a thriving community for government contractors. With deep expertise in human resources, operations, and organizational systems, Maggie transforms vision into sustainable growth.

Before co-founding The ASBC, Maggie spent years in social services and Human Resources throughout the Baltimore, MD metropolitan area, first supporting at-risk youth in a residential treatment center and then managing employee benefits and compliance for a professional employer organization. This foundation in people-centered operations now powers The ASBC's infrastructure, from member management and annual event coordination to the systems that help their community scale effectively.
