My name is Marc Sabatella, and I am the founder and director of Outside Shore Music - one of the longest-running music education websites in the world. From the publication of my groundbreaking Jazz Improvisation Primer in the 1990's, to my years on the faculty at major music schools, my work as one of the developers of MuseScore - the world's most popular music notation program - and culminating in the creation of the Outside Shore Music community, I have dedicated most of my life to helping as many musicians as I can.
