I'm Mariah Raynor, a CRAFT-certified coach who works with women whose partners are struggling with addiction. I came to this work through my own experience — my husband struggled with alcohol, and I spent years searching for answers that actually worked. What changed everything was discovering the CRAFT method: a research-backed, compassionate approach proven to move loved ones closer to sobriety.

I'm also pursuing my MA in Mental Health Counseling because I believe this work deserves the same rigor we'd apply to any evidence-based practice. I've helped countless women move from exhaustion and resentment to calm and confidence — not by fixing their partner, but by learning exactly how to support change the right way.
