I came to plant medicine at a point in my life where I was struggling, searching, and willing to be uncomfortable. The experience itself was powerful — but what truly changed my life was not the ceremony. It was integration. I spent years building the outside world: careers, responsibilities, identities, while quietly falling apart on the inside.

Too many people go through profound plant medicine experiences and then get left alone to figure it out. No real support, no integration, just silence once the retreat ends. That is why Michele and I built The Plant Medicine Path and co-founded Mama Dose — to create grounded, ongoing support for people willing to do this work with honesty and care.
