Matt Harakas is the founder of Beyond Discipline, a Battalion Commander in the Army National Guard with 23 years of service, and a combat veteran. A husband of 10 years to his wife Logan and father of three daughters, Matt is a Christian disciple and disciple-maker and a health and wellness coach based in South Carolina.

Beyond Discipline isn't a business he started — it's a calling he answered. After years coaching men through identity-level transformation, Matt built Beyond Discipline to take that work to men everywhere. The mission is simple: the world needs men who are fully alive — men who lead, who show up, who are physically strong, mentally sharp, spiritually grounded, and present for the people counting on them. Men who are still becoming, not men who have accepted a diminished version of themselves because life got hard and the years kept coming.
