Abrie Kilian and Ryan Ridgley are the coaches behind Maxima Potentia, a biblical coaching community focused on character, relationships, leadership, stewardship, and legacy.

Together, they help men and women examine their lives honestly, develop practical wisdom, strengthen their relationships, and become faithful stewards of the responsibilities entrusted to them by God.

Abrie brings experience in law, professional coaching, biblical relationships, conflict resolution, ethics, and statecraft. Ryan focuses on leadership, accountability, resilience, marriage, fatherhood, and helping men lead faithfully within their homes and communities.

Through teaching, coaching, and purposeful discussion, they explore personal formation, covenant relationships, household order, conflict, responsibility, and biblical stewardship.

Their aim is to cultivate people and households equipped to honour God, serve others, carry responsibility, and leave a worthy legacy.
