Megan Winkler holds an MBA in Women in Leadership from Texas Woman's University and works as a burnout coach and business strategist for women entrepreneurs. She is a certified trauma-informed coach, Human Design coach, and astrologist, pairing that training with more than a decade of hands-on business experience.

She built the Cosmic Collective to give founders the operational structure they are often missing, not more tools. Members get consistent strategic guidance that uses cosmic timing, Human Design, and energy work alongside practical business systems, so growth does not have to come at the cost of health or creativity.
