I’m Dr. Megan Anna Neff, a clinical psychologist, author, and founder of Neurodivergent Insights. I live as an Autistic-ADHD clinician and bring that lived perspective into my work, creating resources, training, and community for neurodivergent adults and professionals.

I created The Learning Nook as a space for neurodivergent folks, clinicians, parents, and lifelong learners to connect, learn, and grow together in a neurodiversity-affirming environment. My aim is to make learning, identity exploration, and community accessible for people navigating complexity, uncertainty, and transformation.
