Michael Fearne has been running LEGO® Serious Play® workshops since 2013, working with teams at some of the biggest companies in the world on innovation, collaboration, change, and strategy. In 2014 he began training and certifying other facilitators in the method.

Since then, Michael has written a book on the LSP Method, launched a podcast, and built an international community of certified facilitators and trainers. His mission is to make LEGO Serious Play accessible to anyone who wants to bring more engagement and creativity into their meetings, workshops, and classrooms.
