I’m Michael Kessler, co-founder and CEO of HERO Software, a company built to serve tradespeople and small craft businesses with modern software tools. The company started around 2020 in Hanover, Germany and has since become a leading cloud ERP solution across the DACH region. My background includes engineering, climate, and energy systems, and it drives my passion to build software that simplifies business operations for people in the trades.

Under my leadership, HERO has grown to support over 20,000 users, raised significant capital, and continues to invest in product, team, and market expansion. I believe in designing software that respects how trade businesses actually work, not legacy, clunky tools and helping them digitize with simplicity, clarity, and purpose.
