Michael is a real estate entrepreneur who emphasizes multifamily investing, syndication, and helping others close their first apartment-building deals. Over time, he built Nighthawk Equity, and leverages his network and deal experience into coaching, mentoring, and partnering with members. The Mastermind is part of his mission to shorten the learning curve for newer investors, giving them structured support, feedback, underwriting tools, and access to joint venture opportunities.
