Nadia Morris spent more than 20 years working in UK care home operations before turning her attention to the sector's toughest business challenges. That hands-on experience, navigating safeguarding, staffing, compliance, and thin council-funded margins, gave her a first-hand view of what stops home care agencies from growing safely and sustainably.

She founded Care Rocket to give care providers a marketing and growth partner built specifically for the sector, rather than a generic agency playbook. Through the Home Care Growth Academy, she now brings that same operational insight directly to home care owners, helping them build private-pay client bases with practical, sector-specific support instead of trial and error.
