I’m Naina Grewal, Senior Manager of Community Outreach at the Quantum Algorithms Institute (QAI). In this role I build bridges between quantum technologists, industry, academia, and curious learners, ensuring engagement and growth across Canada’s quantum ecosystem. My background includes roles in media, marketing, and community engagement—skills I now apply to growing connection and narrative in emerging tech. My passion is making quantum technology accessible, inclusive, and human with community as the key driver.

At QAI I lead strategy and activation for The Quantum Community, working to unify diverse voices—researchers, entrepreneurs, students, and policy leaders—around shared learning and collaboration. I help shape events, resource distribution, partnership opportunities, and digital engagement paths for members. Together with the QAI team, I ensure the community evolves to match the pace and promise of quantum innovation in Canada and beyond.
