Nikkia Reveillac is the founder of Birds Uncaged and a former research leader at global companies including Netflix and Twitter. Her approach to leadership grew from years of navigating environments that valued excellence yet often made authentic expression difficult. She draws on her experience as a Trinidad-born Black woman leading high-impact teams to create spaces that support wholeness, honesty and personal liberation. Her work centers on helping people shed internal and external constraints so they can live with clarity and authenticity.

She created The Nest as the member space within Birds Uncaged to offer a supportive ecosystem for personal exploration, guided conversations and practical tools. Her mission is to help individuals uncover more expansive possibilities for their lives by providing a place where they can reflect, connect and grow with others on similar paths.
