Purpose Den was founded by Pam Drzewiecki, a life coach, strategic thinking partner, mentor, and community builder who has spent years helping women create more purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling lives. With a background that includes leadership roles in corporate settings and extensive experience coaching women at various life stages, Pam brings both professional insight and heartfelt encouragement to the community.

She focuses on helping members pause, reflect, and intentionally design the life they truly want — moving beyond the day-to-day grind and toward clarity, growth, and joy. Her vision for Purpose Den grew out of her commitment to support women in navigating life transitions, developing confidence, and living with intention.
