Paula Amiama is a creativity and embodiment coach with more than a dozen years of experience spanning marketing in the performing arts, a startup she launched herself, and roles in corporate innovation. She later trained as a Feminine Embodiment Coach, bringing that background into her work helping creatives move past self-doubt and perfectionism.

She founded Unlearn Studios to help entrepreneurs, artists, and creative professionals unlearn societal and cultural conditioning so they can access their full creative power and build work that feels alive and meaningful.
