Pearl Oguchi is the founder of Black Women in Tech, a global initiative focused on supporting Black women working in technology. She created the organization to address the underrepresentation and isolation experienced by Black women across tech roles and career stages. Pearl’s work centers on advocacy, community building, and increasing access to opportunity within the technology sector. She has led efforts to create visibility, connection, and collective voice for Black women in tech spaces. Through her leadership, Black Women in Tech has grown into a recognizable platform for empowerment and representation.
