I’m Casey Woo, a multi-stage operator and CFO who’s led finance and operations across high-growth tech companies while building communities that help operators thrive. After years in roles spanning investment banking, strategic finance, and executive leadership, I founded Operators Guild to give cross-functional leaders a trusted place to learn from each other. My work centers on elevating the craft of the operator through candid knowledge-share and real-world problem solving.

I’ve coached and collaborated with hundreds of CFOs, COOs, BizOps, and strategy leaders on scaling systems, teams, and careers. What energizes me most is curating rooms where elite operators exchange playbooks, pressure-test decisions, and grow together online and in person. Through OG, I’m focused on building the network I wished I’d had earlier in my career.
