We are a peer learning community for professionals who want to get better at using AI in their work by learning from others who are doing the same.

Members share workflows, use cases, experiments, tools, mistakes, and what they are learning along the way. We bring this to life through live sessions, practical examples, conversations with practitioners, and peer exchange.

Practi brings together people across HR, marketing, product, leadership, and other business functions. Some are just getting started. Others are already experimenting and want to learn better ways to use AI in their work.

The idea is simple: learn from each other, try things out, and share what works.

Practi was co-founded by Anat Oron and Shlomit Gruman Navot, bringing together experience across marketing, customer engagement, HR, organizational transformation, and leadership.

You do not need to be an AI expert to be part of Practi. Just be curious & open to sharing what you learn.
