SheTech
SheTech is a nonprofit community based in Italy dedicated to reducing the gender gap in technology, digital industries, and entrepreneurship. We deliver events, bootcamps, mentorships, and training to help women gain digital, leadership, and soft skills that empower them to enter tech roles or start innovative ventures. Through partnerships with companies, we co-create initiatives that combine corporate access with grassroots talent development. As founder and MD, I oversee SheTech’s vision while leading partnerships, programming, and community growth.
