Participants move through monthly cycles inspired by tree archetypes to explore universal themes of growth and resilience. The curriculum provides a structured collective approach that addresses the isolation often felt after profound life experiences or psychedelic sessions. Members are placed into small groups called Orchards to provide a dedicated space for processing and mutual support. The platform integrates breathwork and reflective practices to help individuals translate insights into sustainable lifestyle changes.
