Have you always wanted to make something beautiful with your hands?

The Agassi Bookbinding Community is an online space built for you. You do not need handwork experience. Your first book can be finished in your first session, with things you have at home. The basic tools are a knife, glue, a needle and thread, and there are alternatives for anything you do not own.

From there, you will learn how to make more books, following courses by Ido Agassi, a bookbinder for over 30 years, who will guide you one binding at a time, at your own pace.

You won’t be doing it alone. Members from all over the world share what they’ve made, ask questions and get answers to things they struggle with, and celebrate every finished book together. Some are making their very first one. Others are returning to a craft they once loved. All of them are turning “one day” into books they can hold, keep, and give to the people they love.
