All CRNA Connect was founded by Joy Haley, who launched All CRNA Schools in 2010 after her husband graduated nursing school and set out to become a CRNA, building what became a trusted resource for thousands of aspiring nurse anesthetists over 15 years. The community grew from that foundation into a full platform where ICU nurses can find, compare, and track CRNA programs without the hours of fragmented online research that currently defines the application experience. The centrepiece is the CRNA School Finder, a monthly-updated searchable database covering 160-plus accredited programs with 70-plus filterable criteria including degree type, cost, location, requirements, and acceptance rates, with direct links to every program's website. Members also access the Path to CRNA Course, a step-by-step guide from application to acceptance, along with a 100-plus-question interview bank and scheduled mock interview sessions with a dedicated SRNA mentor. Coaching sessions, a CRNA school open house calendar, and a peer support network round out the membership and ensure every applicant has the tools and community needed to compete. All CRNA Connect is for the ICU nurse who is serious about getting into CRNA school and ready to stop researching alone.
