Rather than generic coaching, the program follows a structured path from foundational habits through marketing execution and transaction management.

Members meet in monthly group coaching sessions and also get individual one-on-one time with a mentor, so guidance stays tied to what's happening in their business that month. The program covers client interactions, lead generation, marketing strategy, and how to manage a transaction from contract to close. Agents who complete it often describe the shift as becoming small-business entrepreneurs rather than solo agents chasing one deal at a time.
