ARKA Brotherhood brings men together for weekly circles built on honesty and accountability, in-person or online. Some men arrive feeling isolated, unsure of their purpose, or aware they've been holding back from the people closest to them. Others are looking to level-up and commune with other growth-oriented men.

These groups (we call squads) exist to give men a place to speak directly, get challenged, and be held to their word by other men doing the same work.

In-person squads meet weekly for three-hour sessions in cities across North America, while online squads meet weekly over Zoom for two hours, capped at ten men per group. Every squad follows the Code of the Conscious Warrior, a 14-point standard for how members show up in the world, with new members committing to consistent weekly attendance so the group can build real trust and go deep.

In Arka, you'll build some of the deepest bonds you've ever had with other men, and you'll create a network of solid, integral men, who have your back in life, business, and relationships.
