Becoming a masterful coach
An ICF Level 3 program helping PCC coaches prepare for their MCC credential
Becoming a Masterful Coach is an ICF Level 3 accredited program built for experienced coaches who already hold their PCC credential and want to move toward the MCC level. Led by Master Certified Coach Zsofia Juhasz, the program focuses on deepening coaches' command of the ICF Core Competencies at the MCC standard.
Over four months, participants work through live classes on the competencies, group and individual mentor coaching, and self-study projects and reflective practice between sessions. The goal is to give coaches structured feedback and support so they can apply for their ICF MCC credential with confidence.
