BREED (formerly The Group Chat) is a curated community for Black women building real businesses through execution, experimentation, and accountability. Founded by Kalyanna Williams after watching over 400,000 Black women laid off in 2025, BREED rejects passive courses and upskilling programs in favor of weekly co-working, real revenue transparency, and direct investment in members through the BREED Fund. Members build businesses together, share clients and connections, and hold each other accountable to real results.
